Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Solution Specialist to join our team. As a Service Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline, focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, and selling incremental repair projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
  • Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders.
  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Use Otis' sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results effectively.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment and proven sales track record for developing and selling large deals.
  • Sales experience within the Lift or Engineering industry will be preferred.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements.
  • Have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have a high level of commitment and reliability.
  • Target-focused, able to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate organization.
