About Inland Rail is a significant rail infrastructure project spanning 1600km from Brisbane to Melbourne, incorporating new and existing rail track. The program includes upgrading existing standard gauge track, enhancing it for double stacking, and constructing new standard gauge links comprising viaducts, tunnels, rail track, crossings, and bridges.
We are seeking a skilled Project or Civil Engineer to join our team in driving complex projects forward, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and with lasting benefits for local economies and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Project Works:
- Actively facilitate safe and compliant delivery of project works.
- Ensure project delivery schedule targets and planning requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Background: Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Infrastructure Delivery Experience: Demonstrated experience in the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
- Contractor Management: Sound knowledge of contractor management practices.
- Operational Readiness: Experience in operational readiness and completions processes.
