Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our organisation in the pivotal role of Domestic Operations. This position is responsible for managing metro depots and regional delivery networks across Australia.

This role requires a results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen, experience managing multimillion-dollar operational budgets, and knowledge of Australian logistics networks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading national operations and depot networks in a logistics or transport environment.

About You:
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role
  • Deep understanding of linehaul/PUD performance metrics and industrial relations
