Compliance Officer Job Opportunity

This is a challenging role for an individual who can contribute significantly to ensuring compliance with Vocational education regulations.

  • SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND STRUCTURED STAFF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS ARE ADEQUATELY MET.
  • ASSISTING IN DEVELOPING AND UPDATING COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALLOCATED CLIENTS.
  • DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING AND MONITORING ASSESSMENT VALIDATION PROCESSES.
  • Maintaining and assisting in the update of compliant trainer and staff files.
  • MAPPING AND UPDATING TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT RESOURCES (TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT STRATEGY, ASSESSMENT TOOLS, LEARNING GUIDES, COMPETENCY MAPPING, ETC.).
  • PARTICIPATING IN, AND ASSISTING WITH THE COORDINATION OF, ASSESSMENT VALIDATION AND MODERATION ACTIVITIES.
  • ASSISTING WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REGULATORY AUDITS AS REQUIRED.
  • ASSISTING WITH ALL AREAS OF RTO COMPLIANCE.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent administrative skills, a strong understanding of compliance-related tasks, and a commitment to achieving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement continuous improvement plans and structured staff development programs.
  • Develop and update policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor assessment validation processes.
  • Maintain and update compliant trainer and staff files.
  • Map and update training and assessment resources.
  • Participate in and assist with the coordination of assessment validation and moderation activities.
  • Assist with internal and external regulatory audits as required.
  • Assist with all areas of RTO compliance.
