Senior Compliance Professional

As a senior compliance professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. Your expertise in compliance management will ensure seamless alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
The position requires a strong leader who can oversee Group-wide compliance programs, design and embed a robust compliance culture, and guarantee ongoing regulatory and certification compliance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy to mitigate risks.
- Design and deploy a robust compliance framework that fosters a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance matters, including policy reviews and program maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on regulatory and certification compliance status.
- Oversee Group ISO certifications (27001, 9001, 45001, 14001) and support internal audit plan execution.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for Executive and Governance committees.
- Develop and maintain internal policies and compliance programs.
Successful candidates will possess a proven track record in compliance management, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills. Their strategic vision, technical expertise, and ability to engage senior leadership will drive project success and contribute to the organization's overall excellence.
