Procurement Specialist

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to establish a long-term career in procurement and inventory management.
The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure goods requested by employees and managers in a timely manner;
- Monitor stock levels and order status, responding proactively to low stock and delays;
- Collaborate with suppliers to forecast and order stock in alignment with lead times;
- Conduct regular stock counts for production items and record stock movements;
- Provide prompt responses to suppliers regarding weekly scheduled deliveries.
Requirements:
- A proactive mindset – taking notice, acting, and raising matters early;
- Forward-thinking – anticipating needs and always looking ahead;
- Strong attention to detail and numbers;
- Motivated to learn – asking questions and speaking up if unsure.
While no experience is required, exposure to inventory control and Microsoft Excel will be highly beneficial.
