Job Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all purchasing activities related to maintenance goods and services.

You will work closely with our Maintenance crew to understand and deliver part needs, monitoring and escalating stock/parts ordering as required.

In addition to raising purchase orders and managing accounts-related emails, you will be responsible for tracking ETAs/ETDs and collaborating with our Warehouse team on receivals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage purchasing activity for maintenance-related goods and servicing;
  • Monitor and escalate stock/parts ordering in alignment with critical rating system;
  • Work closely alongside Maintenance crew to understand and deliver part needs;
  • Raise purchase orders and manage accounts-related emails for servicing & CAPEX;
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source parts in a timely and cost-efficient manner;
  • Track ETAs/ETDs and collaborate with Warehouse team on receivals;
  • Provide high-level purchasing support to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Requirements

  • Calm under pressure, enjoying a fast-paced role where deadlines occur daily;
  • Confident and technical communicator, capable of negotiating with suppliers; and
  • Team player committed to supporting operations from warehouse to production.
