About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional to work alongside our Store Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Implementing brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a safe working environment
  • Acting as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve sales targets
  • Daily management of stock to prevent loss and optimize sales
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Representing the brand at external events and functions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members
