We're looking for a highly motivated Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at our Kalgoorlie store. As the right-hand person to our Store Manager, you will be an integral part of our retail family.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is visually stunning and managing inventory and product displays.
  • Leading and motivating our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Delivering top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable.
  • Problem-solving like a superhero, resolving challenges and making quick, effective decisions.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
