Key Responsibilities- Develop deep expertise in cloud technologies and broad knowledge of how applications and services are constructed on the cloud platform.
- Lead technical solution discussions with customer teams and craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Build relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor to influence stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
- Accelerate adoption of cloud services as part of day-to-day work.
- Act as a thought leader by educating others, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers/blogs, and running workshops.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with engineering and service teams to shape product directions and services.
The following qualifications are required:
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
- 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Ability to lead complex technical projects that may require collaboration across multiple teams.
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers.
- Ability to create proofs of concept, demos, and scripts from scratch or using reusable components.
- Experience working with Federal government.
- Ability to present to technical and business audiences (training, workshops, publications).
