Job Title: Rural Health Care Provider
We are seeking experienced medical professionals to relocate to Manitoba, Canada and provide primary care services to underdeveloped communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in designated rural settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement training programs for healthcare staff as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor or Family Medicine degree from a recognized accredited institution.
- Bachelor's degree in medicine or equivalent.
- Licensure with a recognized accrediting body.
- Minimum two years of primary care experience.
- Excellent English language skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Being bilingual in French is an asset.
- Experience working in Indigenous communities of all ages is highly desirable.
