Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, the ANUM is an important member of the clinical nursing team who works collaboratively with Enrolled Nurses and other care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing and personal care to residents.

The ANUM is responsible for the co-ordination and organisation of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality and safe person-centred care. The ANUM accepts the responsibility of the co-ordination of the Unit in the absence of the Nurse Unit Manager.

Permanent position working 60 hours per fortnight night duty

**Salary**: $54.07 - $55.89 Per hour + 10.5% superannuation + access to salary packaging

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
