**Health Information & Administration Manager**

Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a Health Information & Administration Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team.

**About the Position**:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager Health Information & Administration is responsible for overseeing the Health Information and Administration team in the efficient and effective delivery of a strategic and unified approach to health information management and administrative services across Central Highlands Rural Health Service.

You will epitomise the values of the organisation, working in collaboration with all levels of management to meet key requirements and providing high-level administartion advice to the CFO, the Executive and Senior Leadership teams. As a leader within the organisation, you will have the workforce, consumers, community, and safety at the forefront of all you do, to provide the highest level of service.

This is fantasic leadership opportunity to deliver effective Administrative Services in our beautiful rural communities.

**_ Details of Appointment_**
- _ Full-time position with flexible working arrangements available working 80 hours per fortnight_
- _ Attractive remuneration package and salary packaging benefits_
- _ Tools of the trade including phone and laptop, with the option to salary sacrifice towards a motor vehicle_
- _ Operational requirement to work accross all CHRH campuses, work base negotiatable_

**Salary**: As per EBA award dependant on experience + 10.5% superannuation

To be successful for this position you will ideally possess a degree level qualification, supported with a minimum of five years strategic leadership experience. A relevant post graduate qualification is also desirable, as is breadth and depth of experience in senior management positions having responsibility for complex organisational reform and improvement.
