We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee overnight operations, ensuring residents receive exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position requires adaptability, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage overnight duties, resident safety, and building management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Monitor building security and safety, perform perimeter checks, and resolve issues or emergencies promptly.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, payments, audits, and reporting effectively.
  • Manage incidents, grievances, and conflicts during the night shift with professionalism.
  • Support residents with assistance, information, and welfare inquiries efficiently.
  • Respond to calls regarding noise, disturbances, and lockouts in a timely manner.
  • Attend mandatory training and staff meetings as required for growth and development.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand.
  • National Police Check within 3 months of employment.
  • Working with Children Check (NSW).
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates.
  • Availability for either 3 PM – 11 PM or 11 PM – 7 AM shifts.
