Your Role:
In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly room checks, analyzing trends and developing action plans accordingly.
You will inspire and manage your team, fostering motivation and training tailored to unit needs.
Efficient resource management, routine organization, and communication with senior management are essential aspects of your responsibilities.
Creativity in settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, along with safeguarding children, are core duties.
A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement is expected from all our employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and possess a valid enhanced DBS on the update service. Offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks, due to the regulated nature of this role involving children.
