As a senior operations professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our aquatic facility, prioritizing safety and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, ensuring that all operational procedures are followed and that the facility meets regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the operations team
  • Coordinating daily operations, including pool maintenance, plant room management, and facilities management
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and risk management
  • Fostering strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in pool operations and management. A current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate, as well as a Blue Card, are essential requirements for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the leisure industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated expertise in pool operations, plant room management, and facilities management
  • A proven track record of maintaining high standards of safety and risk management

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
