Role Overview

This role is centered around lending submissions, including obtaining and collating information for customers.

The ideal candidate will perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process, maintaining accountability, and engaging internal/external contacts as needed.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
  • Contribute to and actively participate in team meetings, continuous improvement practices and sharing of skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in banking.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis.
  • Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
  • A willingness to continue learning and strive to achieve positive customer outcomes.
