Responsibilities Create and prepare, or assist in the creation and preparation, of lending submissions, including obtaining and collating information for customers.
Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customers' financial information.
Deliver a superior customer experience by managing the end-to-end lending process, maintaining accountability, and engaging internal/external contacts as needed.
Develop strong customer relationships to identify opportunities and build advocacy.
Contribute to and actively participate in team meetings, continuous improvement practices and sharing of skills and knowledge.
Qualifications Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience in banking.
Proven experience with financial analysis.
Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
A willingness to continue learning and strive to achieve positive customer outcomes.
