Job Title: Support Professional

This is a key role in providing person-centred support to clients with disabilities, promoting their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as household chores, grocery shopping, and personal care.
  • Support clients with medical appointments, medication management, and health-related activities.
  • Encourage social inclusion and community access through various activities.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote client well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve client outcomes and provide high-quality support services.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Blue Card for Working with Children or be eligible to apply.
  • Currently hold or be eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Complete NDIS E-Learning modules and have a smartphone with internet access.
