Job Title

Lead a skilled team to ensure our client's standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week, competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, overseeing garden maintenance activities including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising.

Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Develop schedules and prioritise tasks to guarantee timely completion of garden maintenance activities.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • ACDC License (highly regarded)
  • MR License
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
