As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead a skilled workforce in ensuring exceptional garden maintenance standards are met and exceeded.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing a team of maintenance staff, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities.

You will oversee the scheduling of garden maintenance tasks, provide guidance and training to enhance horticultural skills and safety practices, and interact with clients to understand their preferences and provide updates on maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks to complete garden maintenance activities on time.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team members' horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Inspect garden areas to assess their condition and identify improvements needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
About You
  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • ACDC License
  • MR License
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
