About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a skilled team of maintenance staff, ensuring that our client's standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
  • Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

About You:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • ACDC License (highly regarded).
  • MR License.
  • White Card.
  • Valid Driver's license.
