Job Title: APAC Cloud Solutions Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled APAC Cloud Solutions Expert to provide high-quality technical support and cloud consulting services to our clients in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial software implementation and be knowledgeable in cloud technologies, including XML APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Web Application servers, Messaging, OS, DBMS, development tools, Scrum/Agile methodology, Git versioning, and Unix commands.

Responsibilities include liaising with software development teams, providing first-level analysis and solving client issues from reproduction to development of a software fix in Java, documenting Datahub knowledge and features from a software support perspective, managing day-to-day APAC Support service activities, and coordinating performance optimization requests with customers or projects in liaison with R&D as required.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in financial software implementation and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and passion for delivering high-quality results.
