Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes or community settings, providing personal care and social support.

  • Assist with daily living activities such as cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, and shopping.
  • Liaise regularly with our Care Coordinators to ensure client care plans are up-to-date and met.
  • Carefully follow client care plans and log activities via smartphone.
  • Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with older adults or people with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve manual handling and mobility.
