Our organisation seeks a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an in-home support worker. As a care aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care services, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance and social support in the community
  • Adhere to a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore requiring unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously via a mobile app is essential

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification (highly desirable)
  • Relevant experience working in a home care/community setting (highly desirable)
  • Valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
  • Ability and willingness to work independently in the community, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
