Job Overview
">We are seeking experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants to support clients with domestic tasks in their own homes.
">About the Role
">- Support clients to undertake domestic tasks such as making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the floor, as prescribed in the care plan.
- Encourage participation in their own care to maintain independence, where possible.
- Work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app.
Requirements
">- 3-6 months experience in Domestic/Industrial cleaning
- A valid Driver's License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Alignment to Silverchain Group's COVID-19 vaccination policy
Benefits
">- $39.55 per hour (inc 25% casual loading) + super
- Travel allowance of $0.99 per km
