We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to fill the role of New Homes Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving industry, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a drive to succeed in sales. They will be responsible for generating referral sales from existing customers and their network, as well as maintaining accurate sales data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate referral sales from existing customers and their own network
  • Update and maintain sales data
  • Continuously learn new product and land availability
  • Produce home and land packages
  • Effectively manage customer relations through to the completion of each home
