Job Overview

This is a senior position that supports the implementation and coordination of a school-based apprenticeships and traineeships program across multiple schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the expansion of the program across schools within a local hub, offering logistical guidance for school education services such as timetabling, career counselling, and information provision for successful delivery.
  • Administer the program's budget, operational, and data requirements according to department, school, and other relevant policies.
  • Develop and implement key services integral to the effective operation of the program across schools within the local hub.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership capability and experience in implementing and coordinating programs delivered across multiple sites. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and celebrating success, as well as highly developed operational skills in budget, governance, and data oversight.

In addition, the candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of vocational education, including apprenticeships and traineeships, and be able to develop policy and process within an overarching framework.
