Senior Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to co-lead the Outside School Hours Care program in a specialist school setting. This role is a key part of the High Intensity OSHC initiative.
The service operates at a high staff to child ratio to meet the needs of each participant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
- Plan and prepare child-focused programs for school-aged children in a specialist school setting
- Contribute to compliance such as the Quality Improvement Plan
- Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn, and play
- Maintain a safe environment for all children, families, and staff
- Employee Working with Children Check or VIT card
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
- Ace-approved Diploma level qualification
