Job Title: Full Time Recruitment and Administration Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.

This is a permanent full-time position that offers exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We aim to improve the quality of life for those we serve by supporting people living with complex care needs, post hospital care, dementia, cognitive decline, seniors, and adults with disabilities.

You will be the first point of contact for incoming client enquiries, utilizing strong communication skills to provide clear information and support.

The role requires excellent administrative experience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team environment.

The preferred skills include understanding of My Aged Care and/or NDIS programs, Certificate 3 in home and community care, aged care or disability care.
