Job Title:

Recruitment Administrator

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for pre-credentialing and assessing initial eligibility of candidates. This includes adding candidates to our CRM system, reviewing client CVs, and conducting credentialing checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Add Candidates to CRM System
  • Credentialing and Verification
  • Request Paperwork and Follow-up
  • Pre-Placement Audits of Files
  • Create Jobs on CRM Platform
  • Update Job Sheets and Close Jobs
  • Writing and Posting Job Ads
  • Ad Chasing and Email Communication
  • Manage Meeting Agenda and Create Reports
  • Post-Placement Gifts and Send CVs
