Join our dynamic team in Orange as a Compliance Advisor. This exciting opportunity plays a key part in ensuring services meet compliance, contractual, and legislative obligations, contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with legislative, contractual, and organisational obligations by providing advice and support to stakeholders.
- Assist the Quality Risk and Compliance Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance activities across multiple sites.
- Undertake project work to support continuous improvement in compliance processes.
- Act as a systems superuser, supporting effective use of internal compliance systems and tools.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualifications or substantial equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Safety, or Compliance.
Desirable Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in auditing, compliance document control, and contractor onboarding processes.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple systems.
- Skilled in preparing clear, professional reports and correspondence with strong written and verbal communication.
- Extensive experience building effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
