Capital Projects Coordinator

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of capital works projects at Perth Airport. With a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet scope, time, and budget requirements, your expertise will drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, developing complex infrastructure projects such as airport terminals, runways, and carparks. You will collaborate closely with project owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize harm to employees, suppliers, and the public
- Produce essential project documentation and facilitate stakeholder input
- Bid management and procurement activities, including writing scopes of work and managing claims and invoicing
- Lead project meetings and submit regular reports to key stakeholders
A competitive annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD awaits the successful candidate, along with additional company benefits including free parking.
