The Role

We seek an experienced Senior Capital Projects Director to lead the delivery of assigned capital projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning, development, and delivery of projects in the Built Environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing successful delivery of assigned capital projects
  • Being a key point of contact for stakeholders in assigned capital projects
  • Ensuring coordination of capital project activities across other business units and program groups
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet Business Unit business plan requirements
  • Preparing Investment Committee/Board Submissions to meet timelines
  • Evaluating and developing options (technical and commercial)

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualified with extensive experience in planning, development, and delivery of projects in the Built Environment
  • Strong financial acumen, including development of business cases and financial appraisals
  • Ability to produce results within a given timeframe
  • High level of motivation and proven experience driving project outcomes
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to communicate at all levels of organisations

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum
