About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Capital Projects Coordinator to join our clients site-based Sustaining Capital team in Western Australia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing capital projects from concept through to execution across the mine, processing plant, and related site infrastructure. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, design consultants, and other business partners to deliver studies, managing reporting including monthly reports, costs, schedules, change management, and project resources, as well as coordinating works with project supervisors and other support functions (project controls).

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) or trade qualified
  • At least 10 years of experience in projects, preferably in mining or mineral processing-related fields
  • Competent in project reporting and project controls
  • Experience running project studies and working in gate process capital approvals
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction execution of projects
  • Site-based client-side experience
  • Good communication skills
