Job Opportunity

The Senior Transaction Lawyer role is a key position in our team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced lawyer to join us as a genuine partner, delivering technically excellent legal advice that is clear and practical.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Transaction execution: Drive and execute corporate transactions across the full deal lifecycle, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, supporting legal and financial documentation processes, and ensuring all deal-related activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks: Developing practical and commercial strategies that protect our interests and support business goals.
  • Presentation of complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-legal audiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current practicing certificate and approximately 5–7 years' PQE with a strong foundation at a top-tier firm in transactional work (M&A, funds management, finance, capital markets).
  • Experience in real estate or an in-house environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
  • Outstanding technical, analytical and drafting skills with a proven ability to simplify complex legal issues for commercial stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter with a willingness to pitch in and get things done.
