Transaction Lawyer Opportunity

Our Corporate Transactions practice is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to join the team. In this role, you will assist our clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals, collaborate with prominent businesses, and work on various transactions.

This position is ideal for a skilled and energetic lawyer with broad expertise in corporate transactions, specifically M&A and capital raising. You should have experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and be able to supervise a small team of lawyers and graduates.

  • 6+ years PQE in a reputable legal environment specialising in capital raising and/or M&A transactions.
