The Role
A full-time, permanent position for a lawyer skilled in transactional law.
You will possess a deep understanding of common issues or matters brought by clients, including providing advice and implementing practical solutions and strategies regarding transaction structuring.
Commercial agreements you will draft with minimal supervision include shareholders agreements, trust deeds, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, capital raising agreements, securitisation agreements, and more.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years PQE exclusively in front-end Commercial Law, acquired in reputable Sydney CBD-based firms
- Strong drafting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
