Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Lawyer to join us in this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of performance, excellent case management skills, and the ability to effectively develop and run an independent caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage the firm's existing mixed practice of transactional property matters generated by its strata title, debt recovery, and insolvency teams.
  • Develop an independent transactional practice with the full support of the firm.
  • Build your client base with assistance from our business development team and solid network in the property, construction, and insolvency space.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
