Land Access Professional

The successful candidate will deliver land access solutions and support the governance and management of all land matters relating to energy development projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract preparation and administration
  • Relationship development with government, landowners, community stakeholders and external organisations
  • Negotiation of land access agreements for various forms of tenure
  • Coordination of valuation and land access services, and support of planning approval processes
  • Maintenance of data solutions for land, contract and stakeholder information
  • Utilisation of property information systems to ensure agreements are registered and available for project teams
  • Property research using various sources and databases
  • Reporting on land access, including management plans and due diligence
  • Adherence to corporate strategic priorities and governance principles
  • Assistance in preparation of project reports and budgets in relation to land access
About You

Requirements include a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in property, land economics, commerce or law. A minimum of 5 years' experience in property and land administration is also required.

Desirable skills include knowledge of property transactions, land titles and tenure, surveying, environmental services and property information.
