Occupational Therapy Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Occupational Therapy team in delivering high-quality clinical services and assessments. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing training, induction, and supervision as required
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists, to provide support and training
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or offices. We value the importance of work-life balance and offer resources to help our staff achieve this.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the relevant authority
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
