Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role
The Workplace Rehabilitation Provider will play a crucial part in our team, responsible for assessing the rehabilitation needs of injured employees and facilitating their return to work. This role requires developing, implementing, and monitoring rehabilitation and return to work plans, as well as liaising with medical practitioners, service providers, and workplace managers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assess injured employees' capability to participate in rehabilitation programs
- Design and manage return to work programs tailored to individual needs
- Conduct training sessions on occupational rehabilitation, policy, and procedures

About You
We're looking for an Allied Health professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. You'll need a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Exercise Physiology, and eligibility for membership of a relevant professional association.
