Gold Coast Project Lead

Your role is to lead the development of residential towers and mixed-use precincts on the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing large-scale projects, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to delivery and settlements.
  • You will be responsible for managing consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in built-form apartment project delivery and working knowledge of construction contracts and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including feasibility, planning, approvals, design, sales, delivery, and settlements.
  • Team Management: Manage consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive project budgets, cash flows, and reporting with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Development Manager or Senior Development Manager experience in built-form/apartment projects.
  • Solid knowledge of planning frameworks, construction contracts, and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and consultant management skills.
