Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive high-quality support on SMB software and hardware products.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing help desk support for assigned cases, including outbound call backs, e-mails and internal support tickets.
  • Utilizing problem determination skills to research problems independently and identify root cause of issues.
  • Resolving difficult problems submitted by end-users using debugging skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responding timely, accurately and completely to inquiries.
  • Communicating effectively with management to ensure issues are escalated and resolved.
  • Working both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Required Qualifications And Experience
  • The ideal candidate will possess domain knowledge in Payroll, Time and Labour/Employee Scheduling, HR or Benefits.
  • 1-5 years of experience using Time & Attendance, Payroll and/or Human Resource applications or related experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, listening and telephone skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Web and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous help desk experience is highly desirable.
  • Degree qualification in a related field is preferred but not essential.
