This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic operations across multiple regions and sites.
You will guide a team of area managers in quality service delivery and performance, driving innovation and continuous improvement within a participant-focused service delivery model.
Key responsibilities include providing operational oversight, leading and empowering teams, leveraging systems and reports to monitor performance and quality metrics, and facilitating training and development.
Additionally, you will establish and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, disability services, employers, and community organisations.
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership and management experience in employment services, disability services, or a related human services field
- Proven experience managing multiple regions or large teams with strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Strategic thinker able to manage complex programs and stakeholder expectations
- Deep understanding of disability inclusion, social impact, and employment sector reforms
- Commercially astute with experience using data-driven insights to optimise performance and drive sustainable growth
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
