As a Personal Wellbeing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily needs of our residents. Working closely with our lifestyle team and other departments, you will be responsible for encouraging residents to remain independent and engage in meaningful activities that promote their quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to work across a rotating roster, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support / Leisure and Health / Diversional Therapy or equivalent. A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine are also essential requirements.
