We empower people to earn an income through flexible, all-inclusive car subscriptions. Our unique products offer rental or rent-to-buy options for rideshare and delivery drivers who work with platforms such as Uber, AmazonFlex and more.

The Sales Representative role will sit in our South Melbourne Hub and is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service, as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle. Operationally, this role will be providing on-the-ground support for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills (2+ years of experience)
  • Tech savvy and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and resilience
  • Experience in successfully building relationships with a client base
  • Ability to persuasively present products, understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales
