Carma Car Hire is a premium car hire and detailing business near Melbourne Airport. We're looking for a reliable, detail-focused team member to join our growing team.
About the RoleCasual, part-time role combining car detailing, car washing and customer service.
You'll help prepare our fleet of premium vehicles, assist guests with handovers, and support daily operations.
Key duties- Washing & detailing vehicles (interior & exterior)
- Vehicle check-in/out via Turo app & license checks
- Assisting guests with vehicle features (e.g. Tesla charging, AirPlay)
- Responding to guest inquiries (Turo app, email, website)
- Premium pick-up/drop-off (within 15km of CBD) + airport shuttle
- Liaising with Turo regarding trip queries
- Keeping warehouse clean & organised
- Experience in car washing / detailing (preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Attention to detail, able to work independently
- Comfortable using apps & email (training provided)
- Valid driver's licence
