We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Shona Joy. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our ecommerce strategy, driving online revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.

This role involves overseeing the success of our multi-store e-commerce business, including all Digital marketing & CRM activities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and alignment of digital platforms with Shona Joy's strategic business goals.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to drive online revenue growth and enhance customer retention
  • Monitor global industry trends and emerging technologies to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the CEO to plan and execute high-impact events and promotional campaigns
  • Oversight of digital marketing spend and ROI analysis

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in a senior eCommerce leadership role
  • Proven track record of scaling eCommerce revenue and optimising digital business operations
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus, CRO, SEO, digital marketing and analytics
