Pediatric Intensive Care Specialty Nurse

This is a regular full-time training opportunity to prepare staff to work in the specified specialty department. Upon completion of the training, the staff member will be placed into a regular full-time rotation line in the specialty department that they have been trained for.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlans and provides direct nursing care to patients/residents in the hospital or in the community in accordance with the unit/program philosophy, competency guidelines, policies, and the standards for nursing practice.
Required QualificationsRegistration with the College of Nurses as a practicing RN registrant, with recent acute care pediatric experience. Adult critical care experience with some pediatric specialty education may also be considered.
